1 LB Hamburger
1/4 Cup of Chopped Onion
4 Tsp. Brown Gravy Mix(mix w/ 1 Cup boiling water)
24 Oz Mashed Potatoes (Brand: T.G.I Friday's or Bob Evans)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Corn drained or 2 Cups frozen Peas

- Brown Hamburger and Onion and drain off.
- Stir together the boiling water & brown gravy mix.
- Pour gravy in with hamburger and stir together.
- In a 9x9 or 11x7 put the vegetable of your choice on the bottom of the pan.
- Spread the hamburger/gravy mix on top of the peas or corn.
- Spread the mashed potatoes on top of the hamburger/gravy mix.
- Top the mashed potatoes with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes (until heated)

This is great to make ahead of time and even to freeze. My mom gave me this recipe ... of course she uses real mashed potatoes.
