2# Frozen Southern Style Hash Browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and place in buttered 9 x 13 pan.

Top with cornflake crumbs.

Bake 1 1/2 hours @ 350.

Can be made ahead, but add crumbs when ready to bake.
