1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 C frozen corn, thawed 1/2 C chopped red bell pepper 1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro 8 green onions, sliced 3 T lime juice 2 T balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
