1 chopped onion
7 cloves of garlic, chopped or crushed (vary to taste)
1 pound ground beef
1 29ounce can of tomato sauce
1 12ounce can of tomato paste
14 ounces of water
1 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Fry beef with onions and garlic, drain grease.
Mix sauce, paste, and water. Add beef and seasoning. Heat on low-medium in crock pot at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

This recipe makes enough sauce for 1 9x13 pan of lasagna if you don't want to use it for spaghetti.
