1 stick Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 Eggs
1 cup Mashed bananas
1 1/2 cup to 2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 - 1 bag Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add egg, then mashed bananas. Mix flour baking soda and baking powder together. Add to creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips. Fills 24 regular size muffin tins.

Optional Topping: Mix 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and sprinkle 1/4 tsp. on each muffing before making.

Bake 17-19 minutes at 425.
