1 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Butter
4 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Water
3 cups Oatmeal
2 cups Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and water and mix well. Add remaining ingredients except for oatmeal and chocolate chips. Mix until moistened. Fold in oatmeal and chocolate chips. Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
