1 1/2c chopped broccoli
1/4c chopped onions
1 c chicken bouillon or broth
1/4c grated Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese
2c nonfat milk
2 T corn starch
tsp salt
Dash pepper
Dash ground thyme (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables and broth in sauce pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until tender about 8 minutes. Mix milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper and thyme; add to cooked vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly until soup[ is thickened and mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Makes 4 servings
