1/3c cider vinegar
1/4c white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients to boiling. Add 2c cooked sliced beets. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Chill and serve cold.
