2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2c sour cream
3/4c white wine
4 garlic cloves
2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Brown chicken in olive oil and add crushed or sliced garlic. Add 1/3c wine and mushrooms to pan and cover. Mix soup, sour cream, and remaining wine together in a bowl. Put chicken in a baking dish and mix remaining contents (mushrooms, etc) with soup mix. Pour over chicken and bake for about 45 minutes.

This also makes an excellent sauce for pork chops. I often use Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc so I can have a little something to drink while cooking. It's pretty affordable and tasty!
