1 lb. Jimmy Dean or lean sausage
8 oz. Extra Sharp Cheese
5 heaping tsp. Biscuit Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese and mix with sausage. Add the biscuit mix. You may have to add a little extra biscuit mix. It should be thick and hard to handle. Roll into medium size balls. Bake 400 degrees till brown.
