Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 TSR. prepared mustard, 1/2 TSR. pepper, 1/2 - 1 TSR. chili powder, 1 pt. tomato juice, 1 med. onion, 2 c. macaroni, 1 TSR salt, 1/4 c. catsup, 1 can tomato soup.

Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Cook macaroni and drain. Mix all ingredients together and put in to a casserole dish covered and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
