5 lb. ground beef, 1 c. onion, 1 c. celery chopped, 1 bottle catsup, 2 cans tomato soup, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 2 T. mustard.

Fry meat until browned. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or longer.
