Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. baking soda (add to milk) 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/2 c. rhubarb.
Topping: 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon.

Mix all ingredients in order given above. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
