3 c. flour, 2 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1 c. cooking oil, 2 tsp. soda, 1/4 TSR. salt, 2 c. cold water, 2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, sugar, salt and cocoa. Add water, oil and vinegar. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
