1 c. margarine, 1 c. white sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1c. sunflower seeds, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. four, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 c. quick oats.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs, vanilla. Add and mix well flour, salt soda and cinnamon. Add oatmeal and sunflower seeds. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes..
