3/4 to 1 c. apple sauce, 4.12 oz container cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to form a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Make a hole in the top of each one for a ribbon. Carefully put on a rack to dry. Let air dry several days, turning occasionally.
