Mexican Fruit Cake Recipe

2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon soda
1 can crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts


2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350บF. Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350บ until pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Mix well with mixer. Spread on cake and sprinkle with nuts.
