4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed, 1 onion chopped, 3/4 c. butter, melted, 1 1/3 c. water, 6 oz. chicken stove top stuffing mix, 1/4 c. water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz.pk. shredded cheddar cheese

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken and onion. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a qt. casserole bowl. In a medium bowl, blend melted butter, 1 1/3 c. water and stuffing mix. Place 1/2 of the chicken and onion mixture in the prepared casserole. Cover with stuffing mixture. Cover with remaining chicken mixture. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 c. water and cream of chicken soup. Pour on top. Top with cheddar cheese, Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
