4 boneless pork chops
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Apple Cream Sauce:
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 apples, peeled and cut into thin slices
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and brown sugar in saute' pan until starts to caramelize. Add apples and turn frequently until caramelized. Stir in cream and cinnamon. Cover and remove from heat, stir occasionally.
Rub pork with olive oil. Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and pepper flakes. Grill for 7 minutes on each side. Serve pork chops topped with cream sauce.
