1 1/4c butter
1/2c unsweetened cocoa powder
3 1/2c powdered sugar
1/3c creme de menthe
1 beaten egg
1tsp vanilla
2c graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
BOTTOM LAYER: In saucepan combine 1/2c butter and cocoa powder. Heat and stir till blended. Remove from heat, add 1/2c powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Press into bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 pan. MIDDLE LAYER: Melt another 1/2c butter and creme de menthe at low speed. Beat in remaining 3c powdered sugar till smooth and spread over chocolate layer. Chill for 1 hour. TOP LAYER: In small saucepan, combine remaining 1 1/4c butter and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat until melted. Spread over mint layer. Let cool... cut into small squares.
