1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. minced red onion
1/3 c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the above ingredients. Slowly add 1 c. olive oil while running the blender.

Good over bed of spinach and leaf lettuce. Garnish with orange slices, almonds, and mozzarella cheese.
