Pie FillingBeat for 15 minutes or until stiff:
10 oz. frozen strawberries (defrosted)
1/4 c. (to 1/2 c.) sugar
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt

Fold in with the above ingredients:
3 c. cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Graham Cracker Crust: 20 graham cracker squares (roll or blend). Add 1/4 c. softened butter and 1/2 c. sugar and blend well with fingers. Pour into 9" pie plate, press firmly to make an even layer on bottom and sides. Chill for 45 minutes before filling.

Pile pie filling ingredients into graham cracker crust and freeze until firm. (Recipe makes two small pies - 9" pies.)
