1/2 c butter
2 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 c confectioners sugar
2 1/2 c crisp rice cereal
8 oz milk chocolate
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bar melted paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix by hand. Stir in rice krispies. Dust hands with confectioners sugar and shape into walnut size balls.

In double boiler melt the chocolates and paraffin. Dip quickly into the chocolate covering the entire ball and place on wax paper to let cool. Store in refrigerator in a sealed container.

I normally use the melting chocolate for the dipping. My oldest granddaughter loves to help make the balls and dip them, but eating them is her favorite.
