Ingredients:  
2 1/2 cups nuts
1 egg white
1 Tablespoon water

Beat egg white and water until frothy;, add nuts and stir until coated.

1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon . salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Mix together in a gallon bag, then add nuts and shake until coated.

Spray a cookie sheet and bake nuts at 250 for 40 min. Stir every 10 minutes. Enjoy.
