1 lb can salmon, drained and flaked with skin and
bones removed
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/2 c cooked rice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
corn flour or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and shape into patties. Pat with corn flour or cracker crumbs to hold together and prevent stickiness. Brown in butter. May be served with Rayta (elsewhere in this book).
