4- boneless chicken breast,
2- tbsp. peanut oil,
5- eggs beaten lightly,
4- green onions chopped,
1- cup peas & carrots,
4- cups cooked rice,
1/4- cup soy sauce,
teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in sauces for about 5 minutes or so, then cook chicken in 1 tbsp peanut oil. Take cooked chicken and set aside. In Wok, put 1 tbsp peanut oil and scramble eggs, then add onions, peas & carrots, & cooked rice. Now add chicken and sauces to mixture and cook till all is completely cooked. Serve while hot.
