1 stick margarine or oleo
1 - 1 1/2 lb. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon ice cream (Vanilla)
1 bag Spanish peanuts
1 small jar carmel topping
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crunch all Oreo cookies and place in a bowl. (Take out a handful out for later to sprinkle on top of dessert.) Melt the margarine and pour over the Oreo cookies and mix. Place Oreo cookie mixture into the bottom of a cake plan. Next, cut the ice cream to desired thickness and place on cookie mixture. Place peanuts on top of ice cream and pour carmel topping (as desired) over peanuts. Spread whipped cream over the carmel topping. Finally, sprinkle the remaining handful of Oreo cookies over the whipped cream. Freeze and enjoy!
