4 to 5 cups chopped rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 2 Tbsp. flour and sugar together. Spread fruit in a 9 by 9 or 8 by 8 pan. Spread sugar and flour mixture on top of rhubarb. Mix butter, flour, sugar and oatmeal until crumbly. Spread crumb mixture on top of rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
