1 lb. cranberries, ground
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup drained pineapple
2 pkg. strawberry jello
3 cups boiling water.
Topping:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cranberies, sugar and pineapple and let stand 2 hours. Cook jello and water with first ingredients. Put in 9 by 13 pan. Mix topping ingredients and cook until thick. Cool topping and add an 8 oz. carton of cool-whip. Spred on jello layer and refrigerate.
