Flour Tortillas
No Bean chili (Gurrs don't eat beans! Sad!)
Beef, if desired (stretches it further)
Tomato sauce or Enchilada Sauce
Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13" pan.
Combine chili, beef, tomato or enchilada sauce, but reserve some sauce to pour over top of enchiladas. Spoon mixture in a line down center of tortilla, add cheese and roll. Place enchiladas side by side in pan. When full, pour sauce over all, add more cheese, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
