1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
3 C flour
1 C shortening
4 T evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
5 small packs of rolos, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the shortening, sugar, and eggs together in mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and the evaporated milk. Mix until combined and gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt. After combined add the vanilla. Wrap a ball of dough around a rolo and bake for about 10 minutes at 375. After removing from the oven, gently smash the cookie flat with the bottom of a cup or something flat while the cookies are still warm.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies
