Juice of 1 lemon
1 pkg. Jello
˝ to 3/4 C sugar 1 C boiling water
crushed graham crackers
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Chill canned milk until it begins to thicken. Mix lemon juice, jello, sugar and boiling water, chill until somewhat thick. Whip milk ‘until it stands in peaks, then add jello mixture and whip together. Pour over crushed graham crackers in 9"x13" container, top with remaining graham crackers and chill.
