2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups sour cream
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and put in a 9" x 13" pan.

Topping: 2 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted

Mix ingredients and sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 15 minutes longer if refrigerated.
