1 lb. boneless sirloin steak cut into strips
1 T vegetable oil
2 c water
1 cup salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 c minute white rice uncooked
8-12 flour tortillas(6-8inch)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add steak,cook until lightly browned. Stir in water, salsa and seasoning mix. Heat to boil. Stir in rice ,cover. Remove from heat . Let stand 5 min.
Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas. top with cheddar cheese.
Can use cooked chicken instead of beef.
