1 c cooked rice
1 can cream mushroom soup
3/4 c mayo
1 can dice celery
8 oz water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 c cooked chopped chicken
1t Dried minced onion
1/2 t salt
1&1/2 c finely crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, soup, and mayo, mix well. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Pour in 2 qt. casserole dish ( or 13x9 if doubled recipe). Top with crushed chips and bake at 350 oven for 45-50 min. or until brown on top.
