1 lb beef tenderloin cut into 1/4 inch pieces
2 c sliced mushrooms (canned are fine)
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can beef bouillon soup
1 c sour cream
2&1/2 tbsp. flour
salt &pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter, add meat and brown lightly. Cover and simmer at least 1 hour. Add a little water if necessary. Add broth, heat to boiling.
Add flour to sour cream and mix.Remove pan from heat . Slowly add sour cream to broth and stir constantly. Return to heat and stir until sauce is thick.Add mushrooms,and heat longer.

Serve over noodles.
Can be made in the crock pot also.Gravy does not get as thick,but meat gets tender .

My family only knows of this strogonoff recipe. Very good but a little time consuming to make.
