1 Flank steak
3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 C. salad oil
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except steak. Put meat in a glass dish and pour mixture of it. Marinate overnight. Slice steak thin and put strips on skewers and broil or grill for about 5 minutes.

*soak skewers in water for about 15 minutes prior to putting meat on them. This will help keep them from burning while meat is cooking.
