2- 8 oz. cans white shoepeg corn;
1- 15 oz. can black eyed peas;
1 -15-oz can black beans;
1-15 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained OR 2 diced, fresh tomatoes;
1 bunch green onions, chopped;
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:

Drain canned items, mix all ingr. in tightly sealed bowl. Stir (or shake bowl). Serve with corn or tortilla chips.

Personal Notes:
I use the cheapest fat free dressing, which makes this a very healthy, low fat snack. I like Fritos scoops chips best, but lesser calorie baked chips are fine. Keeps well. Good for tailgating, as not critical to refrigerate.
