1 pkg. augratin potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies--undrained
2 cups water
2 cups milk
2 cups cubed process cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 qt pan: combine potatoes, sauce mix, corn, tomatoes and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes. (Potatoes need to be tender). Add milk and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
