5 lb. bag of potatoes, peeled
garlic salt to taste
shredded Mexican cheese
shredded bag of white cabbage
corn tortillas, warmed
10 large tomatillos, paper-like skin removed
1 onion, quartered
4 jalapeņos, stems removed
limes, wedged

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until al dente. Lightly mash. Add cheese and garlic salt.

Boil tomatillos, onion, and jalapeņos until soft; 20 minutes. Blend in blender, add garlic salt. Chill.

Fill tortilla with potato mixture; fry. Remove from skillet and pat with paper towel. Top with cheese, sauce, and cabbage.
