2 lbs. Round Steak (Tenderized)
4 T Oil (I prefer Olive Oil)
1 Large Onion
1 Large Can Mushrooms or 8oz Fresh Mushrooms
1 C Garlic Mushroom Soup
1 C. Milk
1 C. Floor
1 T Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt
1 tsp. Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak in 6 oz Chunks. Mix Flour, Pepper, Season Salt and Basil in 1 Gallon plastic Bag. Add Steak to flour mixture till well coated. Heat Oil in Large Skillet. Fry Steaks till brown on both sides. Approx. 2 min. Per side. Transfer to covered casserole dish Top with onions, mushrooms, soup, and Milk. Bake 45 minutes or until tender at 375 Degree

Serve with Baked Potato, Bake with Steak. This recipe comes from my Dad's side of the family. He is full blooded Swiss.
