1 prepared pizza dough
2 tsp. cornmeal
2tsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 C. shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
1/4 C. basil, thinly sliced
1/4 C, Parmesan cheese

1. Roll out dough and place on pan sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover and let rise until puffy or 20 min.
2. Preheat oven to 425.
3. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add tomatoes; cook another 5 minutes until liquid almost evaporates.
4. Lightly coat dough with cooking spray. Spread tomato mixture over dough, leaving a 1" border and top with cheeses and basil.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
