1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Tube
2 tsp. cornmeal
2 tsp. Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 C. ricotta cheese
3/4 C. (3oz.) Gruyere cheese, finely shredded
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, fresh

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle 15" round pizza pan or jellyroll pan with cornmeal. Roll dough out and place on pan with cornmeal. Cover and let rise 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 425.
3. Combine garlic and oil in small ramekin. Cover and microwave for 1 minute or until bubbly. Cool.
4. Lightly spray dough with cooking spray. Combine garlic and ricotta. Spread over dough, leaving a 1" border. Sprinkle with Parmesan & Gruyere cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
