Ingredients:  
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts-marinated in 1/3 c. Teriyaki sauce, 1/3 cup Italian dressing, and 1/3 cup garlic and balsamic vinegar marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green peppers
1/2 cup onions, sauteed in butter and burger seasoning
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grill chicken ( you can also saute' in a pan on the stove) Cook until done
Cover the chicken with the sauteed vegetables.
Cut the cheese slices in half and layer the cheese over the top of the sauteed vegetables.
Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
