4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced onion strips
1 can (14 1/2 oz) beef broth
1 can (8 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained.

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown chops for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan, keep warm.
In the same skillet, saute' green pepper and onion for 2 min, until almost tender. Stir in the beef broth, pineapple, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Return pork to the pan, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 6-10 minutes or until pork is done.
Combine cornstarch and water until smooth, stir into skillet, bring to a boil, stirring, cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
