1 lb of Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 T of Minced Garlic
1 Jalapeņo Chopped (optional)
1 32 oz Can of V8
1 10 oz Can of Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can of Chili Beans
2 T. of Chili Powder
1 T. Basil
1 T of Cumin
1 T of Parsley
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 C Shredded Cheddar
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and 1/2 of the onion. Drain Grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining onion. Simmer 20 more minutes. Serve and top with Shredded Sharp Cheddar and Sour Cream.
