2 cup cooked chicken breast
1 hard cooked egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 to 1 cup mayonnaise

Texas toast or thick sandwich bread

Cut cooked chicken into tiny pieces.
Place in a bowl with all other ingredients. Mix well.
Butter one side of bread and grill.
Place salad between grilled bread and serve.
