1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
4 t. water
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Roll into 1 1/2 in balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
