1 onion, chopped
2-15 ounce cans peas and carrots, drained
1-8 ounce packed cubed, processed cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, saute onion in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish
Bake at 350F oven for 25-30 minutes.
