2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 T. quick-rise yeast
1 c. warm water
1 T. vegetable oil


1/3 c/ prepared Italian salad dressing
tsp. salt
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. dried oregano leaves
tsp. dried thyme leaves
Dash of pepper
1 T. Parmesan cheese
c. shredded mozzarella cheese

In a bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Combine the water and oil and stir into flour mixture. Add additional flour if needed to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 1-2 min or until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 min. Punch down the dough and pat onto a 12 greased pizza pan. Brush with Italian dressing. Combine dry seasonings and sprinkle over dressing. Top with cheeses. Bake at 450 F. for 15 min or until golden brown. Serve warm
